Folks, I am trying to print orders onto my Rollo Wi-Fi thermal printer in our kitchen. And I switched it over to 3 1/8 inch wide paper on a roll, continuous…

I even set up the Rollo to print directly onto 3 1/8 inch continuous roll paper with no gap. However, when Square order prints, it’s still prints to the size that we used to use, which was mailing address label size 4 or 4 1/2 inch.

does anyone know Ken Square self print orders on smaller paper that’s not for 4 1/2 inches? The fine size is pretty huge so if I could condense things down then I’d easily be able to read the order on a 3 1/8 inch piece of paper. Thanks in advance! Dave

How are you trying to print an order to your Rollo? Yes printing orders but are you trying to print them from a terminal, Stand, Register, cellular device, or from a computer?

On a Computer is it Mac or PC? With PC you need to configure the paper that is in it AND choose the correct setting when choosing Print. If you choose the Rollo that is configured for 4x6 instead of the new settings of 3 1/8 paper.

Now in Square you may have the wrong Printer Profile assigned and are showing the one that has the Larger shipping label size.

You may need to adjust or create a new Printer Profile in Square. Here is how: 8245-set-up-printer-profiles
