Inventory restock question

I use Squarespace to operate our very minimal online store. We enter the gross online sales amount monthly into Square to record the sale, but I have no way to change my stock numbers to reflect the item removed from the inventory but not sold through the POS. I don't see a stock reason that could accommodate this, and "inventory recount" is not the ideal option. Anyone have any thoughts? We are a small, seasonal historic site gift shop. The organization is not going to change from Squarespace.

Hi there, @Grant1885

I do not believe we have an integration for SquareSpace websites. And at this time, there is not a way to enter a manual reason for updating stock.

The best suggestion I can give is to try submitting a feature request on our Ideate boards. You can submit a feature request here where other Sellers can also leave feedback.

Please keep in mind submitting a request does not guarantee this feature will be implemented.

I use Squarespace for my online store/website and it is integrated with Square. My son set it all up. I can't believe they didn't help you.
