    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your response! I am looking for Option 1, however, I don't have either of those options on my payment screen.&amp;nbsp; The only payment options I have are Cash, Manual Credit Card Entry, Cash App Pay, and More.&amp;nbsp; The only option under More is Check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also don't have a "Checkout" section under settings where I can select what payment methods should show up there as shown in this help article: &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/7938-reintroducing-square-for-retail-settings" target="_blank"&gt;https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/7938-reintroducing-square-for-retail-settings&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only items under Settings are Favorites, Hardware, Orders, and Account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Square for Retail checkout screen is missing the option to enter a gift card manually. It was suggested that I look at Checkout Settings, but this is not an option on my Settings menu.&amp;nbsp; The online help files for Square for Retail show screenshots that don't look like mine.&amp;nbsp; What am I missing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've logged out and back in, reinstalled the app, and made sure it was up to date.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/386986"&gt;@wordhorde&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;I think what you need is there, depending on what you mean by entering a gift card manually. &amp;nbsp;There are two options:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When you get to the payment screen on Retail POS, select Gift Card and then type in the number of the card. &amp;nbsp;This option is for Square-issued gift cards, including e-gift cards.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Or, if you have a gift card from a third party vendor or one you issued manually outside of Square, choose More -&amp;gt; Other Gift Card or Certificate. &amp;nbsp;Type any notes about this payment.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I misunderstood your question, let me know. &amp;nbsp;But other than these two options, I know of no way to change the list of payments options available on Retail POS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This sounds like it will require a call to the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact?panel=FAB456B04971&amp;amp;skip_unit_select=true" target="_self"&gt;Square Customer Success Team&lt;/A&gt;. &amp;nbsp;They can pull up your account and look around. &amp;nbsp;There might be an internal problem with your account that needs to be investigated. &amp;nbsp;It happens!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best of luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
