    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/603161"&gt;@MindyM1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since I do not have a service type business but saw you want a report in a Spreadsheet.&amp;nbsp; You can always download your Square Catalog (Items) to a csv or xlsx file.&amp;nbsp; Either of these should open in a spreadsheet program.&amp;nbsp; I use 3 different spreadsheet programs and both these file types open in all 3.&amp;nbsp; I use Google Sheets, Libre Office and Excel.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To download your Items go here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/items/library" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;dashboard/items/library&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then on the right side Tap Actions to open the drop down menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then Export Library.&amp;nbsp; A pop up will ask you if you want a CSV or export to excel file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The difference is the CSV will be 1 sheet of your Excel workbook and the Export to Excel will be your entire Square Workbook.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The CSV file will have your Items sheet which sounds like the sheet you would need for Items and quantity plus more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These are the Headers for your Items Sheet:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;TABLE border="0" width="1995" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD width="95" height="20"&gt;Reference Handle&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Token&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Item Name&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Variation Name&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Unit and Precision&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;SKU&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Description&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Category&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;GTIN&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Price&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Sellable&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Stockable&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Option Name 1&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Option Value 1&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Default Unit Cost&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Default Vendor Name&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Default Vendor Code&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Current Quantity Pocono Candle&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;New Quantity Pocono Candle&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Stock Alert Enabled Pocono Candle&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD width="95"&gt;Stock Alert Count Pocono Candle&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The export to excel Export your Square Catalog Workbook which has the below 3 sheets :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Items&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Units and Precision Sheet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Component Inventory Sheet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The additional sheets can not be used as of now for Updating into Square and are used more if you sell in multiples and want to track out of 1 inventory pool.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Say if you buy Lotions for your spa by the pallet, which has 50 cases, each case has 12 cartons of 24 Lotions in them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may sell the lotion in store:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Single for $10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By the Carton of 24 for $220&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;or a $20 discount (24 x $10 =$240)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or By the Case of 288 lotions for $2600 or a discount of $280&amp;nbsp; (288 x$10=$2880 2880-2600=$280)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This would need to be set up through your online dashboard not an import from csv or xlsx file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a spa and sell Skincare. I also have backbar items that I use for services. Is there an easier way to track what inventory stock levels I have on like a spread sheet or report so that I know what I need to order rather than going into the individual item and seeing what is low? And also is there a way to track inventory for my backbar?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I set my back bar up as inventory to track it.&amp;nbsp; I set it as BACKBAR-MICRO MASK versus the retail version is just Micro Mask.&amp;nbsp; Then I make sure it is not visible online so no one can order it.&amp;nbsp; I adjust inventory monthly on the back bar but quarterly on retail.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can always set inventory alerts.&amp;nbsp; For example, I have alerts to let me know when I only have 2 or fewer items.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have Square Retail you can&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
