Barcode option missing from print labels section

I recently switched over to Square Retail Plus solely for inventory tracking and creating barcodes. After I import my sku's, select them all and go to the actions tab to "print labels", I don't have a barcode option like the "how to video" shows. Am I missing something?

I print labels a little differently...

I go to Items > Actions >Print labels > select the items you want to print labels for- I only do a few at a time > then create labels

Try that way and see if the barcode option is there.

That’s how I’m doing it and barcode isn’t even listed unfortunately.

What type of computer and what browser?

WAIT..

Mine doesn't have a barcode option- just SKU- but when that is selected the barcode prints.. have you tried printing? This is what ours looks like and we do get barcodes

I have not tried printing, but I’ve done the download to print and they don’t show

You might need to call? Try changing to Chrome and see if that makes a difference.... we don't run labels on MAC we use a PC became we print on a DYMO (and they don't play well with MACs)

Thanks for trying! Yes, I’m just waiting for them to open. I’m new to square so I’m not familiar with their hours. The website says available 24 hours a day and right above that says currently unavailable haha.
