    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have mixed track/non-track. That's not an issue (COG report just ignores non-tracked items).&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sounds like you might be missing one or more COG in Square?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you go to Reports -&amp;gt; Inventory Reports -&amp;gt; Cost of Goods Sold, is there a banner at the top that says something like "Some stock in your inventory are missing unit cost"?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Capture.JPG" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.squareup.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/39229i408D8921B327BF58/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Capture.JPG" alt="Capture.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, click that "Add cost" link and resolve all outstanding. Then it should be accurate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cost of Goods Report Doesn't Use Unit Cost</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;We can't calculate Cost of Goods through Square for Retail reporting. When I run the Cost of Goods report, it shows the items I've sold, but shows no cost for those items, even though every item has a unit cost that&amp;nbsp;I have manually entered.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Someone in tech support&amp;nbsp;said that this report won't work unless we turn on "tracking" for every item, which won't work for us for various business reasons. (won't go into detail here but there are many)&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I just can't believe&amp;nbsp;that the simple Cost of Goods report can't tell me what I've sold and what the total cost is based on unit cost. This is such a basic report, it doesn't make sense that it doesn't exist. Can someone please provide some insight?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Thank you!&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have already clicked the banner and resolved this issue by adding all costs. I am still receiving the same banner every time I go to run the report. Is there another resolution for this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
