Customize Grid Layout on Square Retail iPad

I'm just getting started switching over from another POS to Square, and I wish there was a way to customize the amount of tiles visible on a page in the Square Retail layout for iPad. Is there a way to change the grid layout to show more tiles on a page than the 12 that are visible at any one time? I know we can scroll down but our old POS showed smaller tiles and displayed 30 at a time, so I'm hoping there's a way I can make more items visible at once.

This is the layout I'd like (smaller tiles, more to a row, more rows) but can't find a way to do it.

Welcome to the Square Community Forum as I see these are your first to Posts.

I am not sure of a way to get more Buttons to display. I do see that this image shows more of Food items and Might be using a Square for Resturant POS instead of the Regular Square POS.

Square has 3 Main Pos systems Square POS, Square for Retail, and Square for Resturants.

Square POS has the most limitations and the other two both have a Free version.

For using Square for Resturants this is how you can move tiles around :

6424-create-menus-with-square-for-restaurants On right side of this link says Grid Layout which is lower in the page.

For editing the Grid using Square for Retail you can move your Grid around by folowing this link:

Hopefully one of these will help you get more tiles on the display. I never tried this since I use a Barcode Scanner instead of taping Icons for my sales mainly. I do know I can edit and move the tiles around though as I have done this different times.

Thank you for your reply. I e-mailed our Square rep and he said the 3x3 grid is the only option currently available for the Retail POS iPad setup, so we'll make it work. The links you shared are helpful too--and hopefully Square introduces an option down the road to customize the tiles layout further for customers like me who want to see more tiles at a time!
