Hi! Does anyone know how to enter a transaction of $2315.25 with $200 in cash, $100 with a VISA gift card and the balance paid with a credit card?

I entered $200 cash and the "tender" button was grayed out.

Thanks! The fact that Square has no live support on weekends is completely frustrating.

Hey There Thehangarla,

You may be pushing the limits of the term "Split Payments", normally this is done with 2 payments however, your scenario has 3.

From personal experience, we have accepted both CASH and Credit Card or Credit Card and Gift Card but, regardless - the transaction has been 2 sources. We hve not experienced 3 sources to date.

One can only assume that if what you have tried did not work - it won't under the current system rules - but, it seems like a good suggestion as a Feature Request for future consideration.

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this particular scenario but, if anyone has - please feel free to share your experience.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Any form of payment should be possible 😏 I will reach out to square tomorrow to see if 3 forms are indeed pushing it.
