Automatic Discount for In-store Only....

I have a sale for in-store purchases buy X and get 1 free. Works good for in store. Just had a Phone order went to use the Ship settings on Square for Retail 6.30.

I was not able to turn off this discount easily. The person bought 3X so the discount was applied 3 times. I selected the Discount turned it off. The Square stand went to update and then Applied the Discount to another item, then I turned it off there, and it applied it again.

Does anyone know how to TURN OFF an automatic discount for Ship to on the POS and leave it on automatically for In-Store? For online and Shipping orders we give free shipping when over a certain amount which is why the customer gets the automatic discount for In-store but not shipping through the POS.

From what I was able to investigate at this time automatic discounts do not support Fulfillment limitations. We’d love it if you'd submit this request on our Ideate page for Square for Retail. Our team monitors these boards, and we triage them to measure needs. You can search the boards to see if this has been requested before and add your use case if so!
