Is there an "End of Year" counting software that is compatible with Square? I am currently using my Square inventory list and physically counting items to make sure they coincide with my square inventory.

Hey @SnazzyDancewear

I would recommend searching on our App Marketplace. In it, you will find companies that have decided to integrate with Square.

I hope this information is helpful!

Thank you for your quick reply. We have thousands of items in inventory. I was hoping to section up the store and other stock to scan into some kind of inventory system. Then I can go through and manage discrepancies. So far all that I have found in the Square system is downloading my inventory onto spreadsheets and physically counting the items leaving room for error. There should be a way to scan barcodes into an inventory system and have the system categorize and count the items.

Then, tap the check mark.

Repeat this process across all applicable variations.

Tap Next > Confirm.

You can save or cancel a cycle count at any time by tapping the X icon next to Stock count in the corner of your screen. You’ll see a pop-up that says Save Changes, and you can either save and close or discard without saving.

Note: Progress will only save on the device used to count inventory, meaning you can’t access a saved count from another device, even if the device is logged in to the same Square account.
