&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0; "&gt;I would recommend uninstalling the app and then downloading it again from your app store.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0; "&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0; "&gt;There are a couple of different ways in which you can process an exchange. You can find the steps for each&amp;nbsp;in &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6350-process-a-return-or-exchange-with-square-for-retail" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt;. If you are trying to process from your Transactions screen, you'll want to give the Customers screen a try.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0; "&gt;We'll want to investigate further if there is a problem with either path, so let us know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As of this morning we can not process exchanges without a server error. All apps and ios up to date on square stand. Picture attached.
