"Print Order Details" not printing details?

My "Print Order Details" button is not working? It either prints just name and address/shipping info, or a pop up appears saying "This webpage is trying to print. Do you want to print this webpage?" If I click yes, all I get is the name and address info, just as it was for the direct link.

I print 2 copes of this..one for my reference (I do custom apparel), and one to insert in their bag. It was working fine...but stopped a few days ago.

I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with your order detail prints, it sounds odd that the behaviour you're seeing in your browser has changed recently!

Can you let us know which browser you're using? Have you had a chance to clear your cache yet?
