    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;We have four Square Stands.&amp;nbsp; 3 of them 1st generation, they are&amp;nbsp; all working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The fourth Square Stand we have is 2nd generation.&amp;nbsp; It has worked&amp;nbsp; flawlessly for over a year.&amp;nbsp; Now with every credit card we get the error message, "Failed to process this payment.&amp;nbsp; Please try again".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Our network is solid, fiber 1 GB - wireless router shows no errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Square Stand is connected to the network and properly reports cash up to the Square&amp;nbsp; dashboard.&amp;nbsp; Square Stand also gets all inventory updates from the website or edits on other registers.&amp;nbsp; Edits made on the Square Stand are reflected in all other registers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. I believe the network is good, and the Square Stand is properly connected to the network given the above operations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Running current version of software, no pending updates.&amp;nbsp; OS is current as well with no pending updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. System has been rebooted (soft &amp;amp; hard).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. the iPad shows no errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7. Everything else on the Square Stand works flawlessly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We cannot think of anything that was change between the day before and the day it stopped working (maybe 10 days ago).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
