Auto-Generated Reports by Item

We are an athletic boosters club. We have 20 sports and would like to be able to set up an item in Square for team fees and post a payment link to it. Each sport has a team manager and I would like Square to be able to send a report to those managers that shows who paid their team fees so they can track down who hasn't paid. I need the report to show who paid the fees. Is it possible for Square to do this?

Hello OHBooseters,

You can have reports sent to your email however, I don't believe that Square has the features or options to automatically send custome reports to each Team Manager. From what I tell, you would need to get the details required and manually send that info to the various Team Managers. As for setting up links for Team Fees - that is doable - the links would work like a Buy Now type button - there would not be a Shopping Cart - they would click on the link and make the payment. (Maybe some other Community members have some thoughts.)
