Has anyone connected the zebra d411 with square? They say it’s compatible but it’s not connecting to my square stand.

With Square when you connect a Printer (Receipt or Label) you need to assign Printer Profiles to the Printer. You do not just Plug and Play with a usb printer and Square Hardware. The other thing is you need Square for Retail Plus (Paid version) for Square to print Labels. The below Link takes yu to a Square page that shows you how to print Labels with Square and the steps needed to setup your Square Printer.

Here is how to set this up with Square:

I have been using Zebra Label printers for my business but mine are connected to a seperrate computer and not to Square directly. This way I have more Label choices to print on and more text options. So I can not help you on how the 411 prints.

I do have the same situation with the same printer where I have already made a printer profile and assigned the retail app to the printer but I get a message saying "Your version of Spuare Stand cannot be connected to your printer via USB. It can only b..."

After going to the learn more button and being sent to an article "Compare barcode printers and label sizes with Spuare for Retail" I can see our zebra printer model is compatible but I have no idea how I can use it.

What exactly are you trying to print with the 411 label printer? Receipts or Labels? I believe the Zebra 411 can only print labels and not a receipt. I think the 411 prints Labels like Price tags through Square only, so when setting up the printer and printer profile it would need to be set for a Label not a receipt. Again I use my Zebra Label Printers on a computer to print my Item labels So I do not use Square to print these but I use the Zebra Label Designer 3 which can be downloaded right from Zebra. This is free for Zebra Printers.
