Can’t Access “Category Rollups” in Square for Retail Plus

I’m subscribed to Square for Retail Plus and have all my inventory categorized with both categories and subcategories (for example, under “Gifts” I have subcategories like Candles, Books, Home, etc.).

When I go to Reports → Category Sales, I do not see any option to “Manage Category Rollups” or “Create Category Rollup.” I've tried different date ranges, browsers, and clearing cache, but the option never appears.

I’ve also checked Custom Reports and didn’t see an option to add category rollups there either.

According to Square documentation, Retail Plus should include access to Category Rollups.

Is this feature being phased out, or is there something else I need to enable to get this functionality?

I see it under Reports -> Category Sales. We are a Retail Plus user.

I hope the feature is not being phased out. We actually use it quite often.

Thank you for the screenshot. This confirms my dashboard is missing this. I see everything you show except the, “View Categories” option.
