I cannot use “Other Payment Types”.

Hi everyone. I am Gracie, and I use Square for Retail at my shop.

Recently, I couldn’t use “Other Payment Types” for payments other than cash and cards. When I choose “Other Payment Types,” the system always shows a message that says, “ Payment Failed. Square encountered an unexpected error. Please try again or contact support if the problem continues.”

Does anyone have the same problem? How did you solve it?

Hi Violet. Many thanks for your reply. I tried all the troubleshooting steps, but they didn't work. I even deleted and reinstalled the App. But the problem is not solved.
