SHOP NOW button on receipts goes to wrong URL

We have recently noticed that when a customer gets sent a digital receipt that there is a SHOP NOW button. This button directs the customer to the wrong website. In our receipt settings we have the correct URL entered, but it still sends them to a square-site website that we aren't currently using. If it only has the ability to direct to a square-site website then the option to remove the SHOP NOW button needs to be made available. Preferably the shop now button should just direct to the URL we have entered into the receipts settings. @_Violet

This doesn't sound like it is working as intended, but we would need to confirm with the product team. Can you please let us know the URL that the Shop Now button is linked to? And to confirm, this IS a site in your account, however, it is not the site you actively use?
