Have you tried adding an external bank account by using the option under the blue drop-down from your existing bank account? Perhaps then you can set it as primary then delete the other account.

I see the instructions aren't correct from this link, at least not in my account. https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/3896-link-and-edit-your-bank-account Go to Account & Settings > Business information > Bank Accounts > Add Bank Account in your online Square Dashboard. If you are changing your bank account, select Change Bank Account. Change Bank Account doesn't exist in this path. Good luck!

Hi @marpa, welcome to the Community !

Once you're in the Bank Account tab, you'll have to click on your existing bank account (you should see an arrow next to it), and select Add External Bank Account. Your old one will become unlink when your new one is verified.
