I did some checking and couldn't find a setting to turn off those “Successfully Saved” notifications. It may be a bug from the recent Dashboard update, especially since they're stacking instead of disappearing. I'd definitely report it to Square Support with your screenshot and ask them to escalate it to the Dashboard team.
