Orders Not Marked As Picked Up

Hi there,

We have a cafe site where folks can order for pick-up, delivery, or on-site (QR code). We also use a KDS. When people place an order for pick-up and we mark it off on the KDS, it does not mark it as picked-up/complete on our register. It still shows under orders as 'ready for pick-up' which really messes with our system because we also have a whole retail side of the operation and need to know what retail orders are new or actually still waiting for someone to pick them up -- and they are getting drowned out by all of the cafe orders.

Is there a way for the food orders to get marked as completed -- and not just as ready for pick up -- when they get checked off on the KDS?
