Item inventory quantities showing 'Sold Out' after importing

I used an Excel spreadsheet with the proper 29 columns to import a new inventory of items. I used the New Quantity column (Row Z) and chose the option to overwrite the old inventory.

Unfortunately, my inventory now shows all items being 'Sold Out' and non of the items show any quantity at all.

I started over and put my quantities in the Current Quantity column (Row Y) and did the same overwrite of our inventory.

Same thing...no quantities, and the red 'Sold Out' button is on every item in the library.

I even did a test spreadsheet with only one item and imported that. Likewise, it showed zero quantity using the New Quantity/Z column. So I tried it again with Current Quantity/Y and it was likewise showing no inventory.

But now, when I look at that lone item in my Item Library, it shows that the SKU is already being used...?? For a one item library?? How is that possible??

What is going on with the quantity problem?? Which column should be used for uploading a whole new inventory spreadsheet...New/Z or Current/Y Quantity column?? Is there a way to clear the cache in our Item library and start fresh??

HELP!!! I need this solved tonight for an opening tomorrow!!!

It took nearly 2 hours, but I went through our 432 items and manually entered the quantities...I'm not a happy camper but at least we're ready for tomorrow!

@JTPets, hopefully you can shed light on what is happening...thanks!

I would report this as a bug if its still not working for you, I avoid updating my inventory with spreadsheets and use purchase orders for most of my inventory adjustments, or api's with the cycle count tool I have created. Ensure you are uploading the correct sheet, and the sheet you edited has editing enabled, some programs stop saves by default. When uploading also ensure your headers match.

If that still doesnt work, I would try and use a screen recorder to capture the process and file uploads with a pre check and post-check of the inventory you are adjusting to show the bug in action whenever possible, tag me or @TCSlaguna and we can tag a mod in then
