However, note that feedback is only visible on your Dashboard and is not public.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can a customer update or change a bad review after the problem has been resolved? Customer and I worked to resolve the problem, but she can't get back to the review to update it. How can I tell her to proceed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
