I need a QR code for thrift store sales that meets the following conditions:

1. Store staff manually adds the total amount for item(s) to be purchased and informs the buyer

2. The buyer scans the Square QR code and enters the agreed purchase amount

3. Square creates a sale (adds the state tax to the purchase amount -this is optional, but desireable)

4. Buyer inputs their data and pays the purchase amount(with tax -again optional)

5. Square sends a receipt to the buyer and a thank you for purchase

6. Square deposits purchase amount in sellers account and notifies seller of the purchase

Is this possible? How? Please help if you know how.

My goal is to create a one QR code like a donation QR code but not say donation and allow any amount to be entered and acknowledge that this is a sales transaction. All of this without using any square POS equipment.

For this I would test a Square Online Checkout/Payment Link that lets the customer enter a custom amount, then use the QR code for that link. I would run a small live test first, because custom-amount or donation-style links may not apply sales tax/receipts the same way itemized POS sales do.
