This would add a strong layer of protection, especially when it comes to resolving disputes or defending against chargebacks. Having clear, documented agreement at the point of sale would eliminate a lot of gray areas after the fact.

It feels like a feature that would bring serious value in both professionalism and risk management—surprising it hasn’t been implemented yet, as it seems like something many businesses would rely on and benefit from.
