How About Fixing the Dashboard Interface Instead of all this AI junk?

Ever since I stared using Square in October 2025 the Dashboard has had an increasing failure rate. It now can take close to an hour to load Item List just to fix a spelling error in a product name, or work on Purchase Orders, or Reports of any kind, even just clicking on a menu item requires the entire menu to reload (really?). An now this stupid "Manager Bot" keeps popping up (That loads up nice and quick WITH EVERY SINGLE MENU CLICK, and just in time to COVER the menu item I need to use).

@vodhin I am going to flag your thread to the Square moderators here. This is not a common problem at all or this board would have hundreds if not thousands of posts about it. It looks like there might be a problem with your account in Square's servers. Or, maybe there is some client-side issue that Square can help you correct.

As for your opinion about this "AI junk" obviously you are speaking for yourself. I (a Boomer) am using Managerbot daily and loving how much more great information I'm getting about my business, even after 13 years. And I'm using it to make my daily routines much more quick and efficient. If you don't like it, it's simple to ignore it.

I can definitely get our team to look into this. The error you share above are very helpful, but I'd also love to know/confirm:

The device you are using — is it a laptop, tablet or something else?
The exact browser version you are using — we usually use https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/ to check this, feel free to just send me a screenshot or copy & paste the information you see there, that'd be really helpful!
How are you seeing the application error? Are these coming up when you're inspecting the site and going to Console? Is it in Developer Mode? Or maybe it is something else?
Are you seeing the errors regardless of whichever browser you are using?

Understanding the environment of where the errors are occurring and how you're seeing these messages will help our team reproduce the issue and be able to investigate further!

" If you don't like it, it's simple to ignore it." - It's not simple to ignore since it covers half of the menu on the left had side every single time I load a page. We as users of this software we should have the ability to turn it off, along with all the other pushy pop-ups that just make unnecessary additional clicks - especially when they appear under your mouse pointer just as you click what you actually want to get to, derailing your progress in an already buggy interface (55 minutes to change a product's name because of all the system errors!)

Application Errors sometimes appear in the browser (as per the screenshots in the OP) or as "Oh No, Something went wrong. Sometimes I check the console to see any logs, and they are usually mostly 403 errors with the occasional 500 errors mixed in.

Even on a "successful" page load the console reveals a bunch of errors:

Just some quick follow-up questions:

Are there any extension currently enabled on Firefox?
Are you seeing the errors regardless of whichever browser you are using? So if you are in Google Chrome, you are also getting the same error or is it a slightly different error?
