"New Order Notifications" tab is not inCommunications Menu, cant change email for order notification

first, I am getting emails for new orders to the email I registered the account with. But, I am led to believe that I can have up to 3 emails for new order notifications, and that is done under:

online>website>communications>email and text alerts

I am supposed to do this: Configure Email: Toggle on "New Order Notifications" and enter the desired email address(es).

But I do not have that menu pick, and can not figure out where I do this. It seems weird to me that this is where you define these address, as the email and text alerts page says its to "Manage the email and text alerts you send to customers"

Anybody else having trouble finding where I update the new order email addresses to me?

Hi, @BeeNiceFarm ! Welcome to the Square Community 😁

Can you try following these steps?

Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Websites.
Click Settings (or Shared Settings) > Notifications.
Toggle on New order emails or click Set up.
Select your location option:
- If you select Send orders from all locations to the same email(s), you can enter up to three email addresses separated by commas.
- If you select Send to custom email addresses by location, toggle on Notifications for each location and enter up to three email addresses separated by commas per location.
Click Save.

You will receive an email for each new order to the email addresses you added. You can update your new order email preferences from the Notifications page by clicking Edit.

Thanks for the response. the problem is that there is no Notifications in the Settings dropdown. I am logged in as the primary account holder, and have permissions to change everything, but there just isnt that option under settings.

the options under settings are:

General

Checkout

Sales Taxes

Tracking Tools

Units

It says i dont have permission to upload images
