I forgot to ask a rhetorical question...why would we pay for a premium service when it the service is not even working as it should??! If they would make it work then we probably would not have a problem with paying extra...now $99 for bundled features we don't use is another issue we have...but I digress.

Square officially duped us! I was in the process of switching many of our items to utilize multiple units to better track inventory when selling in multi unit packs/bundles. When we learned that we had to manually input the secondary multi-unit quantity when scanning at checkout, this feature became not so useful, or even detrimental in terms of effort/efficiency, so we stopped the implementation. Now (separately) after we decided we don't have a use for the premium subscription, we are being told that we can't use the multi unit approach whatsoever, although I have not seen anything on the site about this feature being tied to the premium plan. Appears and feels like a classic bait and switch scenario to us. #greed
