I’m wondering if there a way to disable programming new items into the Square.

I have a rogue staff member inputting new items into my square and i would like to lock this feature so that I’m the only one that can program new items

does anyone know how to do that ?

Yes - you can edit the Permission Set assigned to this team member so that they will no longer have access to create or edit Items, as shown below. This will be on your Square Dashboard under Staff > Team > Permissions. You can learn more about editing Permission Sets here in our Support Center.
