Is there a way to setup individual customer pricing? I work with customers/brokers in my field that have different rates for the same item.

Hi there @tmennitto.. This functionality currently does not exist in Square -- at least not in the way you are picturing it. I can think of only one possible work-around, but it has a limitation. If each customer/broker has a fixed percentage or dollar discount, you could create coupon codes that are unique to each customer/broker and give them use to them to use. Since coupons can be restricted to categories, this could also work even if you give x% discount to category 1 and y% discount to category 2. You'd just have to have multiple discount codes for each customer/broker/category.

Otherwise, this falls under the "feature request" umbrella. You can submit one here. If you do that, be more specific about what "your field" is and how you envision this feature working.

Hi @tmennitto.. Variations is definitely one way to do it. But if you use variations, ALL variations will be available to everyone if you also have an online store. However, if all of your transactions are POS- or Invoice-based and team members enter them, then yes variations is a solution. Just remember that if you ever have an online store, you'd need a different solution.
