Is there an import function on my POS terminal to output a .csv file to export and then import my inventory data directly as a batch?

From the square dashboard you can export a excel file and edit inventory and upload it back

I saw it once. I know I did. I have the templates

But I can't seem to locate it again. ......................... It's almost like the AI coders are tracking my progress and changing the UI as we speak.

The nesting and naming schemes could be mapped out in a pdf somewhere Or does this already exist I just haven't found it.

From your Square dashboard on a computer, goto Items, Export, choose your version Excel or csv type to download. Then look in the headers for around column M header

Square Online Item Visibility

I believe if you place Y there it makes it visible online..... check other items to see what is in that column. Place the data there for other items you want visable online.
