Printed receipt question

Hello! Our system never use to combine all the add ons for our drinks. For example it use to print

16 oz cold latte

add mocha

oat milk

16oz cold latte

add caramel

add vanilla

extra shot

almond milk

separating the drinks in the order they were placed in.

now it’s printing out

16oz latte x2

add caramel

add vanilla

add mocha

add extra shot

almond milk

oat milk

When printed in the past the drinks would be separate and their customizations would be under each drink separately . I’m not sure what happened whether it be an update or not. But is there a setting to change the orders to print separately again?

Go to settings in dashboard, restaurant settings, service settings, then click printed receipt and change to show all items and modifiers.

Just adding to @TripleC's great response (thank you!), if you’re having trouble finding this page in your Dashboard, just be sure to select Settings first, then navigate to Restaurant Settings > Service Settings > Printed Receipt.
