Not able to search for Variations in app

Hi! We did an app update which seems to have moved some things around on the POS, and I can no longer search for Variations in Checkout.

For example-

in Checkout, Library, tap mag glass icon (before the update the Search toolbar was right on top of the Library page), it says right in the box "Search for items, variations, discounts, or services" yet when I search for something I know is a Variation, it doesn't come up.

Is this a bug or is the Variation search being removed?
