      <description>&lt;P&gt;One particular vendor is not appearing on our reports. Even after adding before the sale took place. I spent 3 hours with support with no resolution and a promise that I would hear from specialists. This is the third issue we have had where we were supposed to get a follow up. So far we have not heard from a single person.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
