How to exclude certain sizes by color options/modifiers?

For example. I have 10 shirt color options but not of them are available in all sizes like 4XL. How do you exclude?

I checked the Modifier and Options setup in Square Dashboard, and I didn't find a way to exclude specific parts of the Modifier and Options sets. It looks like you'll need to create a separate set, with only the parts you want to include, and apply it to the appropriate items.
