    <description>&lt;P&gt;In the same boat as you are - We use both Square Restaurant &amp;amp; Square Retail. Used to be able to enter an order in Restaurant &amp;amp; it would send over to retail in the form of a saved cart. Suddenly this no longer works. We have tried force quitting &amp;amp; restarting all our devices. Haven't tried a factory reset yet, as I don't want to do that during business hours - But that's what Square Support Center recommended we do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Fingers crossed we're all able to find a solution to this, as it has been very inconvenient.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Saved Tickets and Saved Carts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I generally use Square POS, but sometimes use Square for Retail. &amp;nbsp;In POS we have saved tickets. &amp;nbsp;In Retail we have Saved Carts. &amp;nbsp;I used to be able to see the POS Saved Tickets in the Saved Carts with Retail, and see the Saved Carts from Retail in Saved Ticket with POS. &amp;nbsp;That ability has suddenly disappeared. &amp;nbsp;POS now only shows the saved Tickets for POS and Retail now only shows the &amp;nbsp;Saved Cart for Retail. &amp;nbsp;Why has this suddenly changed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
