Is anyone using Square to capture vendor sales in an Antique Mall type of business?

I currently use Square POS in my vintage store, but I will be opening a Vintage Vendor Mall next month and I can't seem to find any option within Square where I can create some sort of 'vendor profile' (associate with their booth #) so that when I sell something for that vendor I can enter in the item, and associate it with their profile in 1 easy step (like you can on Lightspeed). The only option I've found for this so far would be to use 'categories' as 'vendors' but then the steps that follow are too lengthy to make sense.

If anyone else has any experience with this or tips they would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Katie,

I've now been able to create vendors, but I can't seem to figure out how to begin a transaction, and enter in an item description, and then attached it to the vendor. With the inventory I'm dealing with, I can create the items ahead of time because they are ever-changing. I need to be able to record a sale and attach it to a vendor at checkout. Do you know if this is possible?

Thanks again 🙂

Em
