    <description>&lt;P&gt;none of these options are working, before the system updated last week it was working fine, now its a limbo item but vital to my needs&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have always had catering under a service item with variable pricing, it has somehow disappeared from the pos screen making it no longer an option yet it is still listed on our pc but cant find it in the pos to use it, kinda mystifying since it always worked,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;A few things from me to help us get to the bottom of it:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Check on your Square Dashboard to ensure the &lt;STRONG&gt;item is still listed as available at the location you are logged into&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your point of sale device. Additionally, scroll down to the "&lt;STRONG&gt;Where it's sold&lt;/STRONG&gt;" section and make sure "&lt;STRONG&gt;Points of sale&lt;/STRONG&gt;" is toggled &lt;STRONG&gt;ON&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2.&lt;/STRONG&gt; On your device, if you've previously set up an item &lt;STRONG&gt;Favourites screen&lt;/STRONG&gt;, check that setup to ensure the item wasn't accidentally removed. To do this, follow the steps in &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/8334-set-up-item-grid" target="_self"&gt;this guide&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;3.&lt;/STRONG&gt; If you've confirmed the settings above are correct, try &lt;STRONG&gt;signing out and back into your account&lt;/STRONG&gt; on the app to see if that resolves any syncing issues. If that doesn't help, &lt;STRONG&gt;check the App Store to see if there's a pending update&lt;/STRONG&gt; for Square Point of Sale and install it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/717017"&gt;@Cooked4U&lt;/a&gt;,&amp;nbsp;okay so this issue is only occurring for the one service item you have created, all other items assigned to that category are showing as expected, correct?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you try removing the item from the category and reassigning it and then saving the changes to see if this resolves the issue? You might need to log out/back into your app to see the updates.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the Catering item is still not appearing, can you please confirm the name of the category it should be showing under in your app, and I'll flag this to my team.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As a temporary workaround, you could create a regular variably-priced item and assign it your category to see if this displays on your POS device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
