&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So I have the square stand with an Ipad for point if sale use. I was excited to be able to print labels directly from stand POS. I got the&amp;nbsp;zebra ZD411 because it said it was compatible with the stand and POS. However, it connects via USB, and now that i have it all connected it is not working. The POS recognizes the printer and says it is ready to print. When i go to inventory to print labels i get this alert: &amp;nbsp;“your version of square stand can not be connected to your printer via USB”. Is there something i am missing or will this printer i just spent $350 on not actually work like square states.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;My first thought is, have you double-checked that your Square device is up-to-date? I know sometimes that can cause issues.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To do so, feel free to follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Tap&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Check for Update&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to see if a software update is available.&lt;/LI&gt;
