Hi there @Shambhala.. So, I'm wondering why you haven't just changed the Square Online shared setting to hide out of stock items? If you go to Shared Settings > Item Preferences, and then scroll down to the "Stock Settings" section, you can edit that and turn off "Display out of stock items on site." This should be much easier that having to do it manually at the item level regularly.

I wanted to quickly make items that have sold out unavailable on my website (over 3000 skus). So I filtered by "Sold out" and "visible" and then just started bulk selecting items and using the action "update site visilibilty" to mark them as unavailable.

THE PROBLEM, is that the filter showed items with variations that are sold out, and HID variations that are still in stock - so I thought the item was fully sold out when in fact it still had varations in stock and so I DO want it shown on my website. I only noticed because an item I know for sure is not sold up showed up in this filtered list.

This is garbage. It used to work when the weebly site was separate from square. Now I have to figure out which items I just made unavailable that I didn't mean to.
