Error Writing Purchase Orders - Happening More Frequently

I used to occasionally receive the attached error when writing Purchase Orders. Now I seem to get it at least once a day. Sometimes when I go to start a new one, the one I was working on pulls up, but sometimes I have to start over. It's happening so frequently--anyone know how why or how to avoid this?

I just have a couple of quick questions to help us better understand what’s going on. When you have a moment, could you please let me know:

Are you only seeing this issue when logged into the Square Dashboard, or does the same message appear when using the Retail app as well?
What browser and version are you currently using when accessing the Dashboard?

Once I have those details, I’ll pass everything along to our engineering team so they can investigate further and see if there’s anything we need to adjust on your account.
