&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Create a Draft Invoice&lt;/STRONG&gt; for each custom job when the order is placed (your husband can do this from anywhere using the Square app or dashboard).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Edit the invoice later&lt;/STRONG&gt; to reflect any changes during production. Once the item is complete, &lt;STRONG&gt;finalise and send the invoice&lt;/STRONG&gt;, allowing the customer to pay online before pickup or shipping.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This method also timestamps the process and avoids relying solely on open tickets.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi community,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We sell custom products and my husband tends to get the sales whilst I create them. He works interstate and I'd love for him to be able to create an order so I can begin processing it. Most customers won't pay until the product has been completed as custom jobs can vary and change during processing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have added open tickets but I can't mark them as 'processing' or 'complete' or 'ready for pickup' which would be useful to know where im upto without having to go through each one and check notes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there another way to put through orders without payment, or have the ability to invoice when complete so our customers can pay online before pickup or shipping?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
