Image Library in Sandbox not loading

Hi everyone,

I’m testing in the Square Sandbox and noticed that the Image Library in the dashboard won’t load. Every time I click it, I just get the error: “Oh no, something went wrong. It looks like we are experiencing some problems on our end.”

I attached a screenshot so you can see what I mean.

I’ve already tried different browsers (Chrome and Edge), but the same issue happens.

Does anyone know if this is a Sandbox-only bug, or am I missing some setup on my end? Has anyone else run into this before?

It sounds like you're testing out Square APIs? If so, it'd be best to contact our Developer Support team directly. You can reach them here or through their Discord. Hoopefully they will be able to troubleshoot and get you setup in no time.
