POS Update and Vendor List problem 9/25/25 when creating a New Item

Only half my vendor list is displaying... every vendor name beginning with N through Z is gone. I am creating new item numbers and when selecting the Vendor drop down name list it only shows vendors from A to M. There was an update to Square POS that just happened as the layout of creating a New Item has changed appearance. I am guessing this update is the problem.

I did check my Vendor List under Inventory Management and Vendors. This list is complete.

Anyone else having this problem when creating a new item?

Hi @Janet7 . I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue. Quick question....are you trying this on a POS or via a browser on a desktop? Have you tried testing it "the other way" if you have only done one of these?

Also, try a different browser and clear your browser cache if needed. That might help.
