Bundles not showing in Point of Sale

I recently created bundles for our products, previously they were showing in the Point of Sale and our Online Store.

A few days ago, they are now only showing on the Online Store and no longer in POS.

In addition, the bundles allowed me to apply Modifiers (these showed in POS & Online Store), but this is no longer the case. I cannot apply any Modifiers to the bundles

Please advise if this is something I am doing wrong or if it is a Square issue. Thanks!

Hi @NLF – Thanks for flagging this. It does sound off that you aren’t seeing the bundles you created.

To help clarify, can you walk me through how you set them up? Was it in the Retail app itself, or with Retail mode on the standard Point of Sale? Also, which bundles are currently not showing?

As for modifiers, it looks like those can’t be applied to bundles, which may explain why you saw that limitation.

Hi @MayaP

Thank you for the response.

I had setup the bundles in the Retail mode on the standard Point of Sale using a computer to login to the Point of Sale.

The issue is that the Point of Sale and Online Store showed the bundles I had previously created. A few days ago, the bundles no longer showed in the Point of Sale, even though they are still showing in the Online Store.

The bundles I created were the 1/4 Beef Share and the 1/2 Beef Share.

I appreciate your help. Please let me know if you need any other info. Thanks!

Hi @NLF,

I'm afraid I'm not much help. I did check my bundles, and they are still showing in my POS in Square for Retail. I don't have them turned on for my Online Store though. I also do not have any modifiers for them.

I hope you can get it straightened out!

Hey @NLF - I'm still looking into this. Can you confirm if you see the bundles in the app itself? Not the point of sale through your computer?

Thanks again for waiting. Are you currently using the free version of Retail? The bundles feature is only available on Retail Plus or Premium, which could be why you’re not seeing it anymore.
