    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/357439"&gt;@Breffni&lt;/a&gt;, thank you for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The customers details are just appearing on orders placed through Otter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We offer collection through Square Online and the customers details are not on the tickets. We do not however offer delivery through Square Online so I am not sure about those. I wasn't sure if there was a general setting for Collection or Delivery tickets?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am integrated with Otter, the item tickets are currently printing a &lt;EM&gt;Deliver To&lt;/EM&gt; header at the top of the ticket and the Customer Address (although it is not actually printing the address as this is coming through our delivery partner).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to remove this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="PXL_20240630_091505069.MP~3.jpg" style="width: 752px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.squareup.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/44819i90DB0EB5F330AAA2/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="PXL_20240630_091505069.MP~3.jpg" alt="PXL_20240630_091505069.MP~3.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Can you confirm if your customer's details are appearing on all of your order tickets or just the orders placed through Otter?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
