&lt;P&gt;Shouldn't it be the locations address instead of Squares?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Square's address is included in the footer by default. However, your location address should be clearly visible from in the 'Ship To' field at the top of the Purchase Order.&lt;/P&gt;
