Birthday collections for instore purchase

I would like to start a marketing campaign and collect customers Birth month and date with an email so we can send a birthday note and a free gift. Is there a way to set a QR code for customers to use while in store to input the information. Or do I have to manually do it in the App?

QR codes in Square are used to Create a checkout link from your online dashboard or in the SPOS app for one item. You can print QR codes or place QR code anywhere you want your customers to access it. However, the ability to create a QR code that links directly to your Square Customers or any Square Marketing platform is not available at this time.
