Which online webstore do recommend? Regular square or square for retail?

I have a woocommerce website now, I just opened a brick and mortor storefront with square as the POS and want to switch my online store to square for obvious inventory reasons. Which square website do you recommend? Regular square or square for retail? I'm nervous about switching to square for retail (I'll have to switch to an iphone as well) but I do want to have multiple locations in the future. Do I need square for retail for multiple locations? Which platform do you prefer?

The Square Online Store is a MUST! I have used woocommerce and Square Online is lightyears better!

How do you currently track inventory and cost of goods? As far as I know you need Square for Retail to have inventory tracking and cost of goods. BUT you can still use the Standard Square POS App in your storefront.

Whether you use Square for retail or not the website will still be the same. You will just not have some of the functionality from the Retail subscription. Make sense?

Ok good to know! I am all set up with Square for retail free plan now which seems to be working well. I'm just working on the newsletter stuff now.
