    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; I'm trying to issue a return or exchange for a transaction and the system keeps saying "A return or exchange is already in progress - Complete or clear the transaction in the Checkout tab to start a new one"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to clear this? Or to find out what transaction might be pending and how to rectify it?&amp;nbsp; I don't know when or what this "Already in progress" transaction occurred and why the system hasn't cleared it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
